15 Days of Chinese New Year Celebrations

This Full Moon marks the end of the Festivities around the Chinese New Year.

I wanted to share these sweet little fortune cookies I made closer to the New Moon.

The pattern is quite simple:

Cast on 10 stitches

Knit 2, turn your work Knit 2.

Knit 4, turn your work Knit 4.

Knit 6, turn your work Knit 6.

Knit 8, turn your work Knit 8.

Knit 10, turn your work, slip the 1st stitch onto the other needle Knit 9.

repeat until you have a full circle.

Fold your work in half, stitch a few times to hold at mid way point.

Draw the two folded edges together and stitch to make a cookie shape.

Write a fortune on a length of ribbon and gift to who ever you choose!

Happy Knitting!
